Cripton provides the next generation of sport helmet safety that protects against concussions and neck injuries.

The Company has developed a proprietary safety device for sports helmets in conjunction with the Orthopaedic and Injury Biomechanics Group (www.oibg.mech.ubc.ca) at The University of British Columbia (“UBC”). The safety device has been named the Pro-Neck-Tor® (the “PNT”). A PNT helmet has a double-shell configuration and a motion-control device (www.pronecktor.com) that works in combination with helmet padding. It represents a new method of protection that provides a higher degree of head and neck safety to sports participants than existing helmets.
